Gifts to Stay Fit
Postpartum Workout Pants- Who doesn’t love to be in athleisure wear! It’s so comfortable throughout pregnancy and after! Postpartum leggings have the perfect compression around the tummy for support while your tummy shrinks back to size.
Blanqi- Absolutely my Faves! I Lived in these throughout my Pregnancy and surely after!
Waist Trainer- I strongly recommend starting to use one at least 48 hours after giving birth. During Pregnancy your organs start shifting to accommodate your growing baby. Using a Waist Trainer helps regain your stomach memory. I suggest starting with a couple hours a day until you can handle wearing it consistently 10-12 hours. Do not sleep with it, take it off before bedtime.
Belly Bandit- I personally Love this Brand. I’ve had several in rotation Post Pregnancy but this one was my Go-To
Fitness Ball- You might already have one from when you were pregnant. If you don’t, its time to get one! Fitness Balls are great. Using a Fitness Ball strengthens your core and back. Better yet, you can even use it to bounce your beautiful baby to sleep!
Pro Body- This is another Product I used throughout my Pregnancy and continued through Postpartum. Helps strengthen your core after giving birth.
Jogging Stroller- It’s recommended for babies to be able to hold their heads up before putting them in a sit-up stroller, usually after 6 months old. A great way for you and baby to get some fresh air. In the meantime, you can still go for walks and enjoy the scenery.
Joovy Jogging Stroller- Time to Jog off the Last bit of that baby weight! At the same time Keep your baby Entertained with the Scenery!
Baby Wrap- These are amazing! I loved using a baby wrap because it relieves your hands while the baby is still close intact with your body. It also gives you the perfect opportunity to do low impact exercises such as squats and lunges.
ErgoBaby Carrier- I Used this Religiously and let me tell you, it was a lifesaver walking through the Airport!
Nursing Sports Bra- These make life so much easier when breastfeeding. Just unclasp the bra and you’re ready to feed your beautiful baby. As soon as feeding is over, you can get right back to your workout.
Belly Bandit Sports Bra- Convenience is definitely a Must when your baby wakes up hungry in the Middle of your Workout!
Resistance Bands- Perfect for low impact workouts and stretching.
Perfect Peach Resistant Bands- These are the ones I used personally Before, During, and After Pregnancy!
Clean Eating Cookbook- What better way to kick start getting fit than a clean eating cookbook! Better yet, find one with 30 minutes or less quick recipes.
Mediterranean Cook Book- It’s a Lifestyle, Not a Diet! This cookbook has really delicious recipes!
The first couple of months with a new baby is definitely a learning process. Take your time to adjust to your new life and try not to get overwhelmed. We all have to start somewhere, You’re going to do Amazing!

This is such a great post! I wish I got a few of these gifts postpartum. It’s hard to get back into fitness and working out after a baby.
I would love to invest in a jogging stroller so I can take my son on runs with me.
Thank you so much! It is hard, I had my mind set to try to bounce back ASAP although it took about 6 months to drop 40 lbs.
I’m not a new mom, but these are great gift ideas for any mom looking to add fitness into their routine! I love my fitness ball, and will be looking into resistance bands.
This can definitely be used for any mom. Resistance bands are my fave!
Nursing sports bra is a MUST have for new mamas!
It sure is🤗
Getting a waist trainer was one of the things I regret not getting! I’m definitely getting one for baby #2.
Yes it’s definitely amazing! I have 3 of them, different styles and they really helped with my first.
Great stuff. Been using some of those, it’s been tough though
It can be tough sometimes but stick to it! You can accomplish it all!
These are super helpful tips! I wore a waist trainer last after my last pregnancy and it really did make a huge difference!
Thank you so much! Yes I truly love them!
Wow great post. And yhese are great ideas. I would not mind getting these for Mother’s Day lol
Perfect timing! Thank you for the support!
Love all of these ideas- now I’m just waiting for my husband to buy me a jogging stroller for Mother’s Day lol!
Yes! And you deserve it mama!
Nursing sports bras were essential to my workouts as a new breastfeeding mom. My son was quite demanding, so it helped to be able to clean up quickly and feed him if he woke up during a workout.
They are surely a must have!
A jogging stroller is a great investment. I loved mine when my daughter was little. I was running so much at the time, I started a moms running group and even ran a few 5k races.
Wow that’s amazing! So good to hear that!
Indeed, such helpful gifts! Thanks for these wonderful ideas!
Of course! I appreciate the support!
I found a baby carrier to useful when exercising too.
That’s great!
Thanks for the tips! It’s been so hard trying to balance work and home life and trying to fit in working out as well
So true, I’ve felt the same some days. We just have to at least try even if it’s only 20 min.
A waist trainer helped me feel like a human being after giving birth. It helped me be able to sit upright when I felt like I had zero core muscles! Also, the wrap for carrying my son for walks or just to get things done was so helpful too! My only note on the jogging stroller is that they are not all made equal and if you intend to run with one, for safety purposes the front wheel should be locked into a fixed position. A wheel that is swiveling when running can flip your whole stroller if it turns incorrectly.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your input!
I love all of these suggestions! I miss babywearing so much! I definitely want to try some exercises with it the net time around.
It takes a couple of times to get used to it but on the plus side the extra bonding is priceless.
