Getting to a regular workout regime can be hard to get back into after having your baby. Believe me, I know first hand and I didn’t feel like myself for some time. I know every momma goes through different phases but my head felt like it was in a haze for a couple of months. That’s why I decided to revamp my body by working out again at 3 weeks postpartum. It’s the only thing I knew myself would get me back to my sound mind. I want to be here for you while you find your way back too.

Finding that balance is difficult at first but it is achievable. The only time I had available was first thing in the morning, after baby girls 5 o’clock feeding. I knew This Now was my time. While she and hubby slept, I rolled out of bed, freshened up and dragged my booty to the gym. Let me tell you how amazing that felt! As tired as I was, I pulled my way up those darn stairs and did the damn thing! You Can do it too, and you need it for sanities sake.

I’ll be posting pictures and workout inspos to help motivate my mommas because you deserve to feel amazing. We need that to function on a daily basis just get through the day. It’s not always going to be easy but if we stay on track, you’ll be surprised how much a little exercise will make you feel.
